Green Manitoba is a special operating agency of the Government of Manitoba under the Department of Conservation. It is an access point for individuals and organizations in Manitoba to enhance their awareness and knowledge about sustainability. It also acts as a fee-for-service delivery agent for government departments and agencies as well as a broad range of other clients. The Manitoba Chapter, Canada Green Building Council (MBCaGBC) is a not-for-profit organization. It is one of eight regional chapters of the CaGBC, an association dedicated to achieving high-performing, healthy, green buildings, homes and communities throughout Canada. The vision of the Manitoba Chapter is to achieve a sustainable built environment in our province.
